Cardiology
Our Community Cardiology service is led by a GP with an Extended Role in Cardiology, working with a team of cardiologists, GP Fellows, cardiac physiologists, cardiographers and analysers. We work in collaboration with local hospital providers to deliver a fully integrated cardiology service, this means that patients receive seamless care between services.
Our cardiology service is structured to deliver a ‘one stop’ model so that patients can receive their tests and investigations and be seen by a specialist, all during a single visit.

When you come to see us, we may perform the following tests, if assessed as relevant to you:
– 24 hour BP monitor
– Heart rhythm recording
– Heart scan
– Heart recording monitor
This service is available on the NHS E-referrals Service, please speak to your GP for more information.
